The Indian Railways has announced the extension of special trains to clear the festive rush. Extra coaches will also be added to several trains for the convenience of the passengers.
If you are planning to travel via the national transporter in the coming days, do make note of the following.

> The South Western Railway has decided to extend the Vijayapur – Mangalore Junction – Vijayapur Express Special. Here are the train details –
Train 07377 Vijayapur – Mangalore Junction Express Special has been extended from 1st March to 31st May.
Train 07378 Mangalore Junction – Vijayapur Express Special has been extended from 2nd March to 1st June.

> Keeping the convenience of travellers in mind, the North Western Railway has also extended the Jaipur – Sadulpur Special Express. This train runs 5 days a week.
It will be extended from Jaipur till 31st May and from Sadulpur till 1st June.

> The Railways has also announced the addition of 93 extra coaches in 36 trains. Here are the details –
Train no. 22481/22482 Jodhpur – Delhi Sarai Rohilla – Jodhpur Express has been extended from Jodhpur between 1st and 31st March and between 2nd March and 1st April from Delhi Sarai Rohilla.
Train no. 12479/12480 Jodhpur – Bandra Terminus – Jodhpur has been extended from Jodhpur between 4th March and 3rd April and from Bandra Terminus between 5th March and 4th April.
Train no. 14724/14723 Bhiwani – Kanpur Central – Bhiwani has been extended from Bhiwani between 1st to 31st March and from Kanpur Central between 2nd March to 1st April.
Train no. Bikaner – Delhi Sarai Rohilla – Bikaner has been extended from Bikaner between 1st to 31st March and from Delhi Sarai Rohilla between 3rd March to 4th April.
