Soon, a drive from Delhi to Mumbai will take just over 12 hours and we can’t contain our excitement! India’s longest expressway will reduce the distance between the two cities by 280 km. At present, it takes 24 hours to travel from Delhi to Mumbai by road.
The 1320 km long expressway is expected to be ready by January 26, 2023.
The expressway will have 43 interchanges at intersections with major national and state highways to provide connectivity to important towns.

Search FlightsThere will be about 73 wayside facilities on the expressway including restaurants, food courts, convenience stores, petrol pumps, etc. The facilities will be available at every 50 km interval so that travellers can find one after every 40-50 minute drive.
The expressway is expected to provide economic opportunities in districts of Rajasthan, Haryana, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh.
