Due to the outbreak of Coronavirus in the world, ixigo is offering a full refund (including convenience fee) in case of rescheduling/cancellation of flights.
Here are the policy details:
- The departure date ex-India should be on or prior to 31st March 2020. The policy is applicable, irrespective of when you booked the ticket.
- A no-questions-asked, full refund shall apply on both one-way & return bookings
- Once the refund is processed by our partner, any deficit will be refunded manually by our customer support team.
