With a decline in COVID-19 cases in the country, many states are carefully relaxing the restrictions that were earlier imposed to prevent the spread.
Here are the updated guidelines for West Bengal, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Odisha.

West Bengal
In its latest order, the West Bengal Government has relaxed the night curfew by one hour. The curfew will be in force from 11 pm to 5 am on all days, instead of from 10 pm.
Restaurants, bars, cinema halls and theatres shall operate with 75% of their seating capacity. The same relaxations are given to spas, gyms, salons and beauty parlours in the state.
Culture, administrative and social programmes are allowed to take place with 75% of the hall/venue capacity.
Parks, entertainment parks, zoos, museums and tourist places may open for visitors with 75% of their capacity.

As for the travel rules, West Bengal has removed restrictions from flights incoming from any location in the country, except Bangalore.
Flights from Bangalore are only allowed to operate thrice a week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with effect from 1st February.

Maharashtra
Maharashtra has relaxed COVID restrictions for districts administered with 90% of singledose and 70% of double dose vaccination for people aged 18 years or above. These districts are mentioned in Annexure A in the tweet down below.
Night curfew will continue in the state from 11 pm to 5 am.
All the national parks, safaris and tourist spots can remain open as per regular timings. The visitors entering these places should be fully vaccinated.
Amusement parks, theme parks, water parks, swimming pools can operate with 50% of their capacity.
Restaurants, theatres, spas, beauty salons are allowed to operate with 50% of their seating capacity.
Marriage functions can have guests up to 25% of the capacity or 200 people (whichever is lower).

Rajasthan
Night curfew will stay in force in the state from 11 pm to 5 am. Sunday curfew has been removed.
Markets, shopping malls and other business establishments can now stay open till 10 pm instead of till 8 pm as per the earlier guidelines.
All public gatherings, be it social, political, recreational, educational, cultural or religious can have no more than 100 guests.
These guidelines came into effect on 31st January.

Odisha
The Odisha Government has extended its COVID guidelines till 28th February. The night curfew shall be imposed in the urban areas of the state from 10 pm to 5 am on all days.
All shops, malls, entertainment complexes, theatres, auditoriums and similar places can stay open from 5 am to 10 pm. Home delivery is permitted during the night curfew.
Saraswati Puja shall be observed in temples and religious places, but without the participation of devotees. Only schools and other educational institutions are allowed to perform the Puja rituals with a limited number of students following a COVID appropriate behaviour.
