According to the reports, the Vande Bharat rakes will now be used on the Tirupati–Secunderabad route in the future. Among the 15 routes, the Nagpur–Bilaspur Vande Bharat Express has recorded the lowest number of travellers.
The high fare prices is being considered the biggest reason for such a low interest among travellers towards Vande Bharat Express. An executive class ticket on the semi-high-speed train costs approx ₹2100 on the Bilaspur–Nagpur route, while the AC chair car ticket was priced at approx ₹1100 per head.
The Tejas Express will run on the same route and the timings will coincide with that of the Vande Bharat Express.
