Located in Puri, Odisha, the temple will now remain open for darshan seven days a week. Public darshans at this Char Dham site will begin by 6 am daily. Devotees have been advised to remember these rules:

> Entry is only through the Singhadwara (east gate), while exit is through all gates except the Singhadwara.

> If you submit any personal articles at the shoe stand, then the temple suggests you exit from the Hastidwara (north gate) for easy retrieval.

> The queue for entry into the temple will begin from the barricades opposite the shoe stand.

> Avoid touching statues/idols inside the temple.

> Diyas can only be lit in designated areas inside the temple.

> Pilgrims can only have the mahaprasad in designated areas at Ananda Bazar and inside the temple.

> Special arrangements for Puri locals, earlier available from 6 am to 7 am, have been discontinued.

> Chewing tobacco, spitting paan, or carrying polythene bags inside will invite heavy fines.
