Indian Railways has officially revised the arrival timings of several trains.
Accordingly, Northern Railways has announced that the arrival timings of as many as 93 trains will be temporarily revised with effect from 12 July 2018.
This step has been taken because of the ongoing extensive maintenance and repair work on the tracks.
The departure time of these trains remain the same, it is only the arrival timing on the final destination station which has been delayed. The delay in timings ranges from 15 minutes to 1 hour.

According to reports, Southern Railways has also changed the run time of over 90 of its trains by 30 minutes to an hour.
It is estimated that the punctuality of trains will improve with the delayed timings of the trains.
