From August 31, 2023, 10:45 a.m. onwards, Terminal 1 of the Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) will only cater to domestic flights. All international flight operations will be shifted to Terminal 2.

To start off this process, Singapore Airlines SQ 508 will be the first international flight to land at Bengaluru’s Kempegowda International Airport on August 31. The first flight to Terminal 2 will be from the Changi International Airport.
To make the travel experience seamless for international flyers, immigration counters, customs offices, duty-free shops, retail, and food and beverage outlets have been set up at Terminal 2. Flyers can also take the complimentary shuttle service to move from Terminal 1 to Terminal 2.
