Flights and trains will operate as usual, and booked tickets will serve as movement passes for any travellers heading to airports and railway stations. Such persons are allowed to use taxis, cab aggregators, plus auto rickshaws to reach their airports and stations on time. Please make sure to also carry a valid photo ID.

Chief Minister Capt. Amarinder Singh announced two separate restrictions for Punjab yesterday evening. A night curfew will be in place from 6 pm to 5 am everyday till further notice, and a weekend lockdown will be in effect from Friday (6 pm) to Monday (5 am).
Like Karnataka, movement to and from airports/railway stations will remain unaffected in Punjab during these periods if you are carrying a valid ticket/boarding pass and photo ID.

Kerala amps up containment strategy
The state’s Disaster Management Department issued a fresh order on April 26 that brings down ‘tougher restrictions’ on residents while avoiding a negative impact on economic activities and livelihoods. Air and train travel remain unaffected by this order, and passengers can head to/return from airports and railway stations if they have valid tickets and ID.
Under the new rules, cinema halls, malls, gyms, clubs, sports complexes, swimming pools, entertainment parks and bars will remain shut. Shops and restaurants will close by 7.30 pm but takeaway/delivery will be allowed till 9 pm.
All meetings (private and government) must be held online, and all social, religious, political and cultural gatherings have been prohibited. Essential and emergency services will be permitted on Saturdays and Sundays, with Saturdays being a holiday for all government/quasi-government/public sector undertaking offices.
