Air India is set to introduce its inaugural Airbus A350 on domestic routes starting January 22, 2024.
Initially, the aircraft will be deployed on domestic routes for crew familiarisation and regulatory compliance purposes. Passengers from Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai can travel on the Airbus A350.

The A350 will have a meticulously designed three-class cabin configuration, offering a total of 316 seats. This will include 28 business class seats, 24 premium economy seats, and 264 economy seats.
The A350 flights will operate from key cities such as Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Mumbai. The first flight will be from Bengaluru to Mumbai. The rest of the flights include routes: Mumbai-Chennai, Chennai-Bengaluru, Bengaluru-Chennai, Chennai-Hyderabad and Hyderabad-Bengaluru.
All seats will be equipped with the latest-generation Panasonic eX3 in-flight entertainment system. High-definition screens will also be provided across all classes to ensure a superior flying experience.
