After Goa and Manipur, Tripura and Arunachal Pradesh have also become coronavirus-free states.
According to the health ministry, Goa had a total of 7 coronavirus cases and all of them have recovered.
Manipur became the second state after Goa to become coronavirus-free after the last patient was discharged from the hospital on April 21.
Similarly, Arunachal Pradesh became a coronavirus-free state after one single patient, a 31-year-old man, was discharged from the hospital on April 24.
Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb confirmed that the second and last Covid-19 patient of Tripura was released from the hospital on April 25.
On a positive note, the north-eastern state of Sikkim has not reported any case of COVID-19 so far.
Currently, the total number of coronavirus cases in India have crossed 26000 and Maharashtra remains the worst affected state with more than 7500 cases.
