• The visa services are provided and fulfilled by V2F Technology Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as “Visa2Fly”).
• Product Offering: Visa services will be offered only to Indian Nationals traveling from India to Countries listed on https://ixigo.visa2fly.com
• Fulfilment Process: To avail visa services please click on the apply now button. You will be redirected to a co-branded website managed by Visa2Fly to complete the application process.
• Visa2Fly’s representative will contact you, if required, within 24 business hours of receipt of the details (except Sundays and public holidays) and advise you on the process.
• Documentation Required: Please note that passengers are solely responsible for the correctness of the details provided for the Fulfilment Process. For any queries you can write to support@visa2fly.com
• Payment Process: The payment for visa services is directly collected by Visa2Fly. Le Travenues Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as “ixigo”) is not responsible / involved in the Fulfilment Process. Also, all payments made for visa services are non-refundable.
• ixigo, at no point in time, will be responsible / liable for loss or damage of any documents including passport.
• Modifications and Refund
  1. Rates of visa services are subject to change without prior notification.
  2. Amount once paid for availing the visa service is not refundable.
  3. No refund will be provided in case of delay / rejection of visa. ixigo will not be liable and / or responsible for such refunds, delays
     rejections, payment, and fulfilment of visa services or in respect of any disputes in relation thereto, in any manner whatsoever.
• Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer of Warranties:
  1. The information published on the website regarding visa services may be incomplete or include inaccuracies or typographical errors. ixigo shall not be responsible for any such inaccuracies.
  2. ixigo does not represent or warrant that visa services will be uninterrupted or that there will be no failures, errors, omissions, or loss of transmitted information. ixigo hereby disclaims all warranties, conditions and liability about visa services or its availability or suitability of visa services for any particular purpose. Visa services are provided by Visa2Fly and are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
  3. In no event shall ixigo be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of or in any way connected with the use of visa services, or the inability to use visa services or availability of visa services, or otherwise arising out of the use of visa services, whether based on negligence, contract, or strict liability or otherwise
• Personal Profile and Registration: Your personal profile provided will be stored by Visa2Fly. ixigo assumes no liability or responsibility towards the same.
• Taxes, Surcharges, and Fees:  All known taxes, surcharges, and fees will be directly collected by Visa2Fly. In case of any additional taxes, surcharges, and fees, same need to be paid directly to Visa2Fly, information on these charges may / may not be available at the time of visa services application process.
• Modification of Terms: ixigo reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice or liability. You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions. Availing of visa services following any such modification / change shall constitute your acceptance of such change.
