The Railways had previously announced plans to operate numerous special trains during the summer and festival seasons. However, starting January 1, 2025, 48 special trains will be converted into regular services with permanent train numbers. It’s important to note that special trains typically have higher fares compared to conventional trains. By making this change, it is expected that fares may be reduced.

- 04489 train (Rohtak-Hansi Special) will operate as 54011 (Rohtak-Hansi).
- 04490 train (Hansi-Rohtak Special) will operate as 54012 (Hansi-Rohtak).
- 04975 train (Rohtak-Bhiwani Special) will operate as 54013 (Rohtak-Bhiwani).
- 04978 train (Bhiwani-Rohtak Special) will operate as 54014 (Bhiwani-Rohtak).
- 04977 train (Rohtak-Bhiwani Special) will operate as 54015 (Rohtak-Bhiwani).
